JIT-compiled Trust Region Reflective helper functions.

This module contains the JIT-compiled helper functions used by the Trust Region
Reflective optimizer. These functions are performance-critical and benefit from
JAX's just-in-time compilation.

- Gradient computation with automatic differentiation
